HeartCry Missionary Society

As you may already be aware, we have moved the HeartCry USA office to Christiansburg, VA. What a great time of seeing the Lord work on our behalf with all the changes that have come about.

He has been so faithful to provide resources and people to assist in this transition. We'd like to especially thank Bro. Bill Newman, one of the elders at Grace Life Church for his assistance over the past several months. Bro. Bill has given much help in the areas of finance and helping us to bring these areas "in-house" at HeartCry. Many thanks are extended to him and the Grace Life Family for their help and support.

The office in Christiansburg is almost fully functioning. We now have telephones, a copier, and Internet access. We even have a table that doubles for lunch time and office meetings...which sometimes occur at the same time! Bro. Kevin Hite and his family moved here two weeks ago, and that has helped tremendously in regards to administrative duties. We are still waiting on Marc Glass, Matt Glass and Don Currin to join us here. All three of them are trying to sell their houses. Please pray that they sell quickly, along with Bro. Paul,  Dr. Berry and Jon Green's houses. All of the families that have moved are doing well. Though the enemy has sought to cause problems ranging from auto accidents to sickness to high-risk pregnancies, our God is greater still! He cares for His children, and they want for nothing.

Paul and Matt are currently in Asia, and the meetings they have been having with prospective missionaries there have been fruitful. While we will share more information later, please pray for the underground church in that area of the world. They are enduring much persecution for the sake of Christ's name. Let us not be guilty of forgetting our Brothers and Sisters in these places. We must lift them before the throne of God.

Please pray for Marc Glass as he labors in the Middle East. While we cannot share his exact location due to security concerns, pray that the Lord will raise up laborers in that area of the world that we can partner with to share the Gospel. The fields are truly ripe unto harvest, but the laborers are few. Oh, may God greatly help us in this.

Finally, please remember Dr. Nathan Berry and his family as they continue to labor with the new church in Fairmont, WV. The Lord is blessing the work there, and the Word is being faithfully proclaimed. That is a dark area spiritually, and as cold as many of the countries that the missionaries are working in. Pray that the Lord will save many in that area, that blind eyes will be opened.

The church plant in Radford, VA is going well. We are moving slowly, and God continues to move and work among us. More information is available here. Please pray for all of us as we seek to lead our families and live out the life that God has called us to. He is worthy! May His Name be made great in all the world!
